As planned home births become more accessible and more families explore community birth options, doulas have an opportunity to expand their knowledge and confidently support clients choosing birth outside the hospital. Yet many doula trainings spend little time discussing home birth, leaving birth professionals unsure of what to expect when attending births with community midwives.

Home Birth 101 for Doulas provides a strong foundation in physiologic birth, collaboration with midwives, and the practical skills needed to support families planning a home birth.
